The Guangdong Zhanjiang Household Electric Appliances Industrial Co.Ltd was established in 1976 and it is the branch company of China Hongpai Enterprise Group. After dozens of years’ development, it has developed into a large multi-trade, extroverted modern large private enterprise group with its business in the field of home appliance, electronics, vintage, colored metal, and machinery manufacture. Its headquarters is located in Zhanjiang city which turns out to be the China rice cooker production base and a beautiful tropical coastal city.

Guangdong Zhanjiang Household Electric industry Co., Ltd has led the production and sales quantity in this field since we made the first set of simple electric rice cooker in 1976.“Zhanjiang Triangle, widely known” has been famous all over China. We set up our exporting department in 1988 to enlarge our international market and gradually exported Hongpai electric rice cooker to more than 80 countries and areas which mainly in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe, South America etc. So we are praised that “hundred years of Hongpai ,being entrusted in global” In 1991,we were conferred as “Electro-mechanic products export base in P.R.China”.By now, we have passed the quality assurance authentication ISO9001:2000,Since we imported completely automatic electric rice cooker production line from Germany in 1996,the matched production rate by ourselves has been more than 98%.Until now ,we have become the largest rice cooker production base in the world..
In 2002, Hongpai electric rice cooker range hood, non-sticky rice cooker were entitled as “the product exempt from national quality surveillance inspection”.
In 2004,Hongpai rice cooker was conferred “China top Brand”.

There are around 2,000 staff in our company .We have powerful technology force and advanced equipments. At present, our company just covers an area of 250,000 square meters. There are hard ware pressing workshop ,anode oxidation workshop, automatic power-coating workshop, non-sticky coating workshop, molding workshop ,circuit board workshop, heating plate workshop, heat-keeping board workshop, power code workshop ,packing materials workshop and? some other large deparments.Besides,we also have six automatic assembly lines about rice cooker. In our branch factory of induction cooker and deep fryer, there are Pansert, Loop, Detect and Assembly etc..Above manufacturing equipment are nearly imported which are all completely automatic.

Our main products are rice cooker, induction cooker, deep fryer non-sticky rice cooker and other series of rice cooker whose total types are up to 300 .Now, our daily/monthly/yearly production capacity of our rice cooker are 30,000pcs/900,000pcs and 13,000,000pcs respectively.; As for the induction cooker ,its yearly production capacity are more than5,000,000 pcs. For deep fryer, our yearly output is up to 2,000,000pcs.In addition, we also supply some accessories and OEM products for Galanz, Vantage and some other famous Chinese enterprise whose amount is up to 5,000,000-6,000,000pcs.
Except the factory in Zhanjiang , we also set up the other manufacturing base in Shunde ,Zhongshan,Ningbo which mainly in charge of producing series of gas heater ,,range hood, Disinfecting Cabinet, electric fan ,soybean milk maker, juice extractor, frying boiler, water-dispenser ,electric stove utensil and so on. By now, their output and sales quantity have been all up to a high level.

We carry out the “Three high technology strategy” including “high start point, high devotion, high quality” and we build the close business relationship with some big clients and top high technology agencies home and abroad to develop new products perpetually.
At present, there are more than 50 advanced engineers in our company’s product research center and we can develop new products up to almost 100 every year. Moreover, we also have advanced life-span testing lab of products, design center, process centre, and mould factory. We brought in a series of super precision inspectation instruments and equipments while we imported the advanced manufacturing equipments. We carry out four categories inspection systems including raw material inspection, process inspection, random inspection of the products in warehouse and the final inspection to make sure the quality of our products.
